Cayden First’s journey into ministry began with a life-changing encounter with Jesus. Although he did not grow up in church, getting connected to a local church changed the direction of his life. Over time, through the encouragement of others, prophetic words, and the Lord’s continued guidance, Cayden began to recognize God’s call on his life to serve in ministry. His leadership is grounded in Jesus, a love for people, and a desire to help the next generation know Christ personally.
As the Youth Pastor, Cayden oversees ministry for middle and high school students, including weekly services, small groups, special events, outreach, and leadership development. He especially values the relational side of ministry—the opportunity to do life with students, walk alongside them through different seasons, and help them build a faith that extends beyond a weekly service.
Outside of ministry, Cayden values spending quality time with his family and friends and enjoys attending worship concerts. After high school, he continued his education by entering the HVAC field, where he has gained practical experience and developed a strong work ethic that also influences the way he approaches ministry and leadership.
Cayden’s heart is to see students have genuine encounters with Jesus, become deeply rooted in Scripture, and confidently live out the calling God has placed on their lives. Above all, he wants every student to know that following Jesus is more than attending church—it is a personal, life-changing relationship that shapes every part of who they are.
